# Redeem a Gift Card

To start your journey on Binance, departing from WalkMining, 😙, WalkMiners should have a Binance account first to use a Binance coin Gift Card.

**Why can’t I redeem my crypto gift card?**

Please make sure that you're using the correct 16-character Gift Card Redemption Code (example: A1BC23D4EFG78H56) to redeem your gift card. If the gift card has already been added, please go to \[Gift Cards] on Binance app and tap \[User] - \[Card History] to redeem directly from there, without keying the Gift Card Redemption Code again at the 'Redeem' page.

Additionally, make sure to redeem your gift card before the expiration date, especially for cards created on *April 10, 2024*, and onwards.

## How to redeem a Gift Card on the Binance App?

* Log in to your Binance App and tap **\[Profile] - \[More Services]** - **\[Gift Card]** to enter the Gift Card Marketplace.

* Tap \[Redeem].

* To redeem a Binance Gift Card and credit the fund to your Binance Wallet immediately, tap **\[Redeem to Crypto]**. To redeem the balance to your local currency, tap **\[Redeem to Fiat]**.

* If you select **\[Redeem to crypto]**: Enter the redemption code and tap **\[Redeem]**. The funds will be credited to your Binance Wallet immediately.

* If you select **\[Redeem to fiat]**: Select the local currency you wish to receive and enter the redemption code. Tap **\[Next]** and follow the directions to redeem.
